Contract Review

After estimate approval,Gavin walk you through the entire project to ensure alignment on the scope of work. You will receive a final contract outlining material, scope, and payment schedule. Following that, he will begin ordering materials, permits and issue a project schedule.

Start Your Build

The day has come to start your build! By this point, you will have a complete understanding of your project materials and schedule and we are ready to get to work!

Gavin took what we wanted and designed our apartment so that we had everything we wanted. he Updated the plans as we decided to change some things . His partner Eric is as great as Gavin to work with they make a great team . Every day they cleaned up the area before they left no mess All the other professionals he hired, plumber Electricians, sheet rockers, and heating and air-conditioning Mini split installer were all up to Gavin"s Professional standards.
